Find your keystone habit.

I had another depressive episode last week...

I wasn’t sure where it came from at first.

I was journaling, meditating, doing all the “tools.”

But something still felt… off.

Then it hit me:

I’d been snoozing my alarm every morning.

Telling myself I’d get up at 7 - and then waking up at 7:30... or 8... or 9.

Which meant that every morning, the first thing I felt was guilt & shame.

It was time for a change.

So instead of trying to track 101 daily habits, I committed wholeheartedly to just ONE:

Wake up when I say I will.

No exceptions.

And boom… My days were 100x better.

And that depressive episode? Gone.
