If there’s no finish line, why are we sprinting?
Last week, I got myself so anxious I couldn't breathe.
We had two podcast interviews.
A pile of edits.
DMs, texts, emails — all buzzing nonstop...
I felt like I was drowning.
Then, I had this weirdly calming thought:
This sh*t never ends... does it?
I will likely DIE with things left on my to-do list.
It seems dark — but it freed me.
There is no finish line. So WTF is the point of stressing everyday?
My new mindset?
One day at a time.
If I give today my best… that’s enough.
No guilt. No pressure to do it all.
Just prioritize and execute - one day at a time.
So next time you feel buried…
Pause. Breathe. And remember:
The list never ends.
So do your best for today, and tomorrow is a new day.
