Instead of chasing 20% improvements...
Steven hunts for 1% tweaks:
- CO₂ levels: He tracks this religiously. Anything above ~1000 ppm makes your brain feel like you’ve had a beer.
- 10-second edit: Cutting just 10 seconds from his videos boosted subscribers by 300%.
- Favorite song: He plays a guest’s favorite track as they walk in to instantly put them at ease.
World-class results don’t come from giant leaps...
They come from stacking micro-wins.
So here's your challenge for the week:
- Pick one area of your life — health, wealth, or relationships.
- Identify a single 1% tweak.
- Do it every day for 7 days.
Some examples I'm trying:
- Health: 30g of protein within 30 minutes of waking.
- Wealth: Read 1 page of a self-help book daily.
- Relationships: A weekly 10-min check-in with my wife.
