Take the pressure off.
Last year, NFL star AJ Brown was caught reading a book on the sidelines...
Overnight, it shot to #1 on Amazon.

We were recently lucky enough to interview the author, Jim Murphy.
And at first, his #1 piece of advice made no sense:
The top 1% performers put the LEAST pressure on themselves.
He explained it like this:
It's the 4th quarter of the Superbowl...
The game is on the line.
Which player is going to perform better?
- The one who thinks, "I NEED to make this catch."
- Or the one who thinks, "No matter what happens, I'm going to do my best."
It sounds counterintuitive, but the science backs it up:
When you obsess over the outcome, you choke.
When you let go and just do your best, you win.
But this isn't about football — it's about you.
You know that goal you’ve been obsessing over?
Maybe it’s time to stop forcing it...
and instead, ask yourself:
Am I giving it my best?
If the answer is yes...
give the pressure a rest!
