We call it The Naked Leap.

It follows the same pattern every time:

• First, the shell gets tight (that uncomfortable truth you can’t ignore)
• Then comes the leap (the scary, vulnerable moment with no guarantees)
• Then — and only then — the new shell appears (a much better life)

We've personally lived this over and over again:

• We didn’t find our wives — the loves of our lives — until we had the courage to leave relationships that were wrong for us.
• We didn’t find our true calling — our dream careers — until we blindly quit the unfulfilling jobs that kept us playing small.

The truth is...
