• You don’t smell good. Most people walk around smelling like sweat and smoke.
• Your teeth hurt. The dentists suck. Tooth pain ruins your entire life.
• You can die any second. There’s no antibiotics. A simple infection can kill you.
• Having a child is terrifying. Childbirth is extremely unsanitary and dangerous.
• Break a bone? Good luck. No X-rays. No real pain meds either.
• Need surgery? You'll get held down while they saw it off as fast as they can.

So yeah, before you complain today...
